Great daily yoga flows to clear negative energy

If you are just starting out with Yoga, one of the easiest things to keep in mind is that we all have the power to manifest whatever it is we desire. A great daily yoga flow can take you to a new level of positive energy! Negative energy, according to the popular "bagua," is like a stagnant pool that will attract more negativity. By creating a new, positive energy from the inside out, you can remove negativity and put forth a light and beautiful force!

Begin by placing your hands directly on your heart area. This will allow you to access the center from which your whole being emanates. Visualize the smoothness and power of the ocean - all of its waves crashing together! Next, begin to breathe deeply and slowly. As you breathe in, visualize the air moving smoothly and evenly throughout your entire body. As you breathe out, imagine the same air moving back into your body, this continual process taking you toward peace and happiness! When you have finished your Yoga Flow, gently return to the ground. Take a few deep breaths and then begin to relax. Repeat your Yoga Flow several times. Try to envision a white cloud moving across the tops of your head and then down your back. This will help you to clear negative energy from your body! After you have finished your Yoga Flow, sit back on the ground, close your eyes, and let your breath become one with the earth. Begin to visualize your entire being as filled with powerful positive energy.
